Named after the Montreal Grand Prix F1 Racetrack opening sequence of corners, the MMC turn 1 complex, “Montreal,” is an exciting hard braking entry left with a quick transition to a right-hand increasing radius hairpin exit to start your lap.
2 - LOFTS
“Lofts” is a sweeping right-hander that, when driven properly, can be an exciting full-throttle ride.
3 - PATIENCE
“Patience” is an exciting decreasing radius, entry speed late-apex corner crucial to setting up the next series of turns.
4 - PRUDENCE
“Prudence” is driven as a late apex balancing act between entry speed on the approach and exit speed up the hill towards “Carousel.”
5 - CAROUSEL
“Carousel” is one of MMC’s most iconic corners. A banked uphill long-radius 180-degree corner, uphill entry, downhill exit thrill ride.
6 - PINE TREE
“Pine Tree” is a sharp double-apex right-hand sequence that requires precision and balance, one of the most satisfying corners on the racetrack.
7 - HANGAR
“Hangar” turn is a classic 90-degree right-hand bend that leads onto MMC’s longest straight, critical to generating lap time.
8 - THE KINK
Taken flat-out, at full throttle, by the most experienced drivers, the “Kink” bends gently downhill, opening up your view to the highest speed section of the track, which is then quickly followed by an intense uphill braking zone.
9 - SWITCHBACK
The “Switchback” is a highly technical right-left-right turn combination with a steep elevation change, cresting over a hill. Switchback is yet another iconic MMC sequence.
10 - TURN 10
Turn 10 is a flat-out right-hand kink leading to the fastest corners on the track.
11 - KRYPTOS
“Kryptos,” named because of its “blind” cresting downhill nature, this left-right combination challenges the best drivers over and over. Kryptos is possibly the most famous of MMC’s turns.
12 - THE HAIRPIN
The “Hairpin” is a classic hard brake high-speed approach, with a banked and uphill middle to exit that rewards an “attacking” technique.
13 - TURN 13
Turn 13 is a double-apex left with a short, hard uphill braking zone followed by a downhill off-camber, blind left-hand exit.
14 - TURN 14
The track falls away beneath you as you enter the blind downhill Turn 14, holding a late apex exit to set up for the following corner.
15 - TURN 15
A tricky entry speed and line balance define Turn 15, a crucial turn that requires exit speed for a fast run down the front straight.
