New Track Layouts

To keep things fresh and exhilarating, we have introduced four brand-new track layouts for this year’s series. Our team of experts has been hard at work designing challenging and thrilling courses that will put your driving skills to the test. Get ready to navigate through twists, turns, and jumps as you strive for victory on these dynamic tracks.

Race Day Experience

Each event will begin with a comprehensive driving meeting, where the track layout for the day will be revealed. Listen attentively as our race officials provide valuable insights and tips to help you navigate the track successfully.

Following the driving meeting, you will have the opportunity to hit the track for 10 practice laps. Take this time to familiarize yourself with the new layout, fine-tune your driving techniques, and find the fastest racing line. Remember, practice makes perfect!

Once the practice session concludes, it’s time to showcase your skills during the qualifying lap. Push yourself to the limit as you aim for the fastest lap time, securing a favorable starting position for the main race.

Thrilling Heats and Exciting Finishes

The highlight of each race day is the main event: a thrilling 4-lap race divided into three heats. Compete against other skilled drivers in a high-octane battle for victory. Each heat will test your consistency, strategy, and ability to overtake opponents. Position yourself wisely and seize every opportunity to gain an advantage.

To optimize your vehicle’s performance and maximize acceleration, it’s crucial to focus on maximizing the forces that your tires can produce. The tire is the only part of the car that touches the road, so understanding how they interact with other components is key to enhancing performance.

The behavior of the tire’s rubber is influenced by three main factors: energy loss, hysteresis, and modulus. Energy loss occurs as heat due to a delay in the rubber’s response. Hysteresis refers to the relationship between stress and deformation. Modulus characterizes the stiffness of the rubber, with softer materials being less rigid than harder materials. Temperature and frequencies also affect the rubber’s behavior.

Rubber behaves differently at high and low frequencies. At low frequencies, it behaves elastically, while at high frequencies, it behaves viscoelastically. Hysteresis is crucial for generating friction forces and grip, especially at higher frequencies. However, if the frequency is too high, the rubber becomes less effective.

Rubber is brittle and rigid at low temperatures and flexible and elastic at high temperatures. The best tire performance is achieved at intermediate temperatures, where the rubber is most viscous. This viscosity helps generate friction forces and grip. Keep in mind that road roughness, rubber type, and temperature all play a role in tire performance.

With our old policy, members were charged either a $250 fee if instruction was canceled, or the full cost of the instructor ($800 – $1250) if canceled within three days.

With our new policy, Members will be charged $250 to cancel instruction if it’s with in one week or more of the scheduled date. There is a $550 fee if it’s canceled less than a week. This is a lower fee for members and a fair solution for our instructors who make travel arrangements to be here.
